Furthermore, when you utilize our "Contact Us" page form on the Site, we collect specific information from you, which includes your email address and the content of your message. When you create an account through House of Eleven's Account Page or participate in our rewards program powered by Smile.io, we collect and use personal information such as your email address, purchase history, and other relevant data. This information is used to manage your account, administer the rewards program, and provide you with personalized offers and services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to Device Information, Order Information, and any information collected through your account and rewards program participation.
